  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking information (if available).

2. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and product weight/size.

  • We currently ship to U.S. only.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping: 3-5 business days

  • International Shipping: We are currently not shipping Internationally
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Carriers

We use  UPS as our trusted carrier. You may opt for your preferred shipping method, if available,  by emailing us at theseasonedsmoker@gmail.com.

5. Tracking

  • Tracking numbers (if available) will be provided via email once the order ships.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections.

7. Delayed or Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or customs issues.
